广东省餐饮监管能力评价指标体系构建

Establishment of indicator system for capacity evaluation of catering industry inspection in Guangdong province

  • 摘要: 目的建立广东省餐饮监管机构餐饮监管能力的综合评价方法。方法对入选的24 位专家进行2 轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询,构建餐饮监管能力评价指标体系,层次分析法确定各指标的权重,综合评分法建立综合评价模型,对东莞市20 个公共卫生监督小组的餐饮监管能力进行评价;运用折半信度和克朗巴赫信度系数(Cronbach's α),以及方差分析和相关性分析对综合评价模型的信度效度进行检验。结果建立了包括7 个1 级指标、30 个2 级指标、60 个3 级指标的餐饮监管能力评价综合评价模型;综合评价模型整体的Cronbach's α系数为0.81,Spearman-Brown折半信度系数为0.86,等级分类具有较好的区分度,且包含指标的独立性较好。结论所建立的综合评价模型,可较好的区分广东省餐饮监管机构餐饮监管能力强弱,具有较好的适应性和较高的可信度。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish an indicator system for evaluating the capacity of hygiene inspection on catering industry in Guangdong province. MethodsA two-rounds Delphi consultation among 24 selected experts were performed. Hierarchy process theory was used to weight the important coefficients and an assessment model was set up under the comprehensive score method to evaluate the capacity of 20 public hygiene supervisory groups.Split-half reliability and Cronbach's α were used to test the reliability. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and correlation analysis were used to test the validity. ResultsA comprehensive model was established,including seven first-class indicators,thirty second-class indicators and sixty third-class indicators.The assessment model was proved to be a good method in differentiating the ability of hygiene inspection capacity for catering industry. ConclusionThe assessment model was considered to be practical and reliable,and could distinguish different classes and evaluate hygiene inspection capacity for catering industry.
