上海市闵行区中小学生膳食与营养状况调查

Diet and nutrition survey among primary and secondary school students in Minhang district of Shanghai city

  • 摘要: 目的了解上海市闵行区中小学生膳食与营养状况,为学生营养干预提供科学依据。方法对上海市闵行区8 302 名中小学生开展身高、体重测量,使用体质指数(BMI)进行营养状况评价;采用3 d 24 h回顾法和称重法对1 154 名中小学生进行膳食调查。结果中小学生膳食结构存在不合理现象,表现为蔬菜类、水果类和奶类及奶制品摄入量明显不足,肉禽水产类和蛋类摄入量偏高;三大营养素供能比不合理,蛋白质和脂肪供能比偏高,碳水化合物偏低;早中晩三餐能量分布不合理,存在早餐能量摄入偏低,午餐、晚餐能量摄入偏高现象;小学生膳食钙、锌摄入量不足,分别占推荐量的71.6%和73.5%,中学生膳食钙、锌、能量、维生素B1和维生素B2摄入不足,分别占推荐量的50.8%、64.4%、72.5%、71.4%和70.1%;中小学生超重率为14.6%,肥胖率为9.9%,高于2002年全国营养调查大城市儿童超重肥胖水平。结论中小学生膳食食物结构不合理,超重、肥胖发生率较高,应调整膳食结构,按照膳食指南要求去调配学生一日三餐,达到营养均衡。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate diet and nutritional status among primary and secondary school students in Minhang district of Shanghai city and to provide evidence for nutrition intervention. MethodsTotally 8 302 students were surveyed and height,weight,and body mass index(BMI)were used to evaluate their nutritional status.Meanwhile,dietary survey was carried out for 1 154 students with 24-hour dietary recall and weighting method. ResultsThe intake of vegetables,fruits,and milk and dairy products were at a low level and the intake of meat products and eggs were at a high level.Most of the students got high proportion of protein and fat and low proportion of carbohydrate.The proportion of energy intake was high from dinner and low from breakfast.Compared with recommended amount,the intakes of calcium and zinc were only 71.6% and 73.5% among the primary students and the intakes of calcium,zinc,energy,vitamin B1,and vitamin B2 was only 50.8%,64.4%,72.5%,71.4% and 70.1%,respectively,among secondary students.The overall overweight rate and the obesity rate of the students was 14.6% and 9.9%,which were higher than those indicators from national survey. ConclusionDue to unreasonable dietary pattern,overweight and obesity are prevalent among primary and secondary school students.It is essential to adopt effective measures to improve dietary pattern of the students.
