大学生村官工作适应与职业倦怠关系

Relationship between work adjustment and job burnout among graduate village officials

  • 摘要: 目的 了解大学生村官工作适应与职业倦怠状况及两者的关系,为采取干预措施提供依据。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法对江苏如东、浙江下沙、湖北鄂州、吉林通化、四川宜宾、广东惠州等地区550名大学生村官进行问卷调查。结果 3.45%的大学生村官有情绪耗竭,44.18%有成就感降低,29.09%有去人格化问题;村主任助理、村支书助理及其他岗位大学生村官职业倦怠得分分别为(36.96±12.20)、(37.80±12.36)、(38.81±13.51)分,均低于借调乡镇政府大学生村官的(46.07±14.80)分(均P<0.05);工作<6个月以及工作13~24个月的大学生村官职业倦怠得分分别为(34.16±11.29)、(37.09±12.88)分,均低于工作>36个月大学生村官的(41.73±14.39)分(均P<0.05),工作适应得分分别为(217.27±22.96)、(213.96±24.90)分,均高于工作25~36个月大学生村官的(206.34±22.50)分(均P<0.01);大学生村官情绪耗竭、成就感降低、去人格化与工作适应总分及其各维度得分均呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论 大学生村官的工作适应水平影响其职业倦怠。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore work adjustment and job burnout status in graduate village officials and to examine associoction of work adjustment with job burnout for making preventive measures.Methods A total of 550 graduate village officials were selected with stratified random sampling from Rudong of Jiangsu province,Xiasha of Zhejiang province,Ezhou of Hubei province,Tonghua of Jilin province,Yibin of Sichuan province,and Huizhou of Guangdong province for a questionnaire survey.Results The detection rate of exhaustion,reduced personal accomplishment,and cynicism was 3.45%,44.18%,and 29.09%,respectively.The job burnout score of village head assistant,village secretary assistant,and other posts was 36.96±12.20,37.80±12.36,and 38.81±13.51,respectively,lower than the score of the village officials working in township government on secondment(46.07±14.80,P<0.05).The job burnout score of the graduate village officials with under 6 months of service and 13-24 months of service was 34.16±11.29 and 37.09±12.88,lower than the score of those with above 36 months of service(41.73±14.39,P<0.05).The work adjustment score of the graduate village officials with under 6 months of service and 13-24 months of service was 217.27±22.96 and 213.96±24.90,higher than the score of those with 25—36 months of service(206.34±22.50,P<0.01).The scores of exhaustion,reduced personal accomplishment,and cynicism showed significant inverse correlation with each dimension of work adjustment (P<0.01).Conclusion The level of work adjustment has an effect on job burnout among graduate village officials.
