肉和肉制品中铝含量ICP-OES法测定前处理方法建立

Pretreatment method for determination of aluminum in meat and meat products with ICP-OES

  • 摘要: 目的研究肉和肉制品中铝含量测定的前处理方法, 建立一个最佳的样品前处理方法应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)对铝元素进行准确测定。方法用湿法消解法、微波消解法和干灰化法3种常用的前处理方法对近60份肉类样品进行前处理方法选择实验, 并且对最优方法的实验条件进行优化。结果干灰化法最适宜肉类样品的检测, 灰化温度由350 ℃起逐渐升温至500 ℃, 恒温4h, 必要时需再加适量硝酸2次消化。方法检出限为0.6 mg/kg, 相对标准偏差为8.8%, 加标回收率在86.0%~105%。结论研究方法较国标方法准确度和回收率高, 精密度好, 更适合于肉类等复杂基质中铝元素测定。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish a pretreatment method for the determination of aluminum(Al)in meat and meat products with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).MethodsSixty meat samples were pretreated with wet digestion,microwave digestion,and dry ash method and the experimental conditions for the three methods were optimized.ResultsThe experimental results show that dry ash method is best for the determination of Al in meat and meat products and an additional digestion by adding a moderate a mount of nitric acid when necessary.The detection limit is 0.6 mg/kg,the range of recovery rate is 86.0% -105%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 8.8% for the Al detection under dry ash pretreatment.ConclusionThe method for determination of Al in meat samples is better than the methods currently used.
