Abstract: Drought causes marked negative impact on human health.In this article,the influences of drought on human health in the aspects of nutritional status,digestive diseases,respiratory diseases,vector-borne diseases,mental health,death,cancer,and even gynecological diseases were summarized.Some currently accepted and controversial conclusions on the health effects of drought were discussed and the possible and uncertain influence factors were demonstrated.And then,the problems need to be solved in future research were pointed out.This article provides basic information for the study on the impact of drought on human health.
