臭氧对呼吸系统影响研究进展

Effects of ambient ozone on human respiratory system

  • 摘要: 近年来, 中国大气污染特征已经从煤烟型污染转变成为复合型污染, 环境中臭氧(ozone,O3)的水平不断升高。目前臭氧对呼吸系统的影响是研究的热点, 它能够通过炎症、氧化应激(OS)、气道高反应性(AHR)和DNA损伤等机制对呼吸系统造成潜在的危害。本研究主要就国外有关臭氧对呼吸系统的影响做一简要综述。

     

    Abstract: Recently,the feature of air pollution in China has changed from coal burning pollution to complex pollution,with the increasing level of ambient ozone.Effects of ambient ozone on human respiratory system are research focus at present.Ozone exposure can induce injury of human respiratory system through inflammation,oxidative stress,airway hyperresponsiveness and DNA damage.The aim of this review is to summarize the research findings on influences of ozone on human respiratory system.
