不同视力水平学生视力相关生存质量分析

Vision-related life quality in primary and middle school students with different vision level

  • 摘要: 目的 了解不同视力中小学生视力相关生存质量现况, 为制订相关干预措施提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法, 选取重庆市主城2个区县8所学校的4 096名学生, 采用《中小学生视力相关生存质量量表》进行调查, 并进行远视力和串镜检查。结果 中小学生视力低下检出率为59.43%, 其中97.91%为近视, 城、乡学生视力低下检出率均为重度近视组>中度近视组>轻度近视组;视力相关生存质量比较结果显示, 视力正常组生存质量得分(97.71±9.27)分>视力低下组得分(86.78±12.76)分;生存质量各维度和总得分均随近视程度增加而减少, 总得分轻度近视组为(95.42±10.05)分、中度近视组为(89.74±11.45)分、重度近视组为(82.94±12.53)分;生理功能维度、情感功能维度和总得分3方面, 其他眼病组得分>远视组得分>近视组得分, 差异均有统计学意义(均P=0.00);视功能和身体机能维度得分, 近视组>其他眼病组>远视组, 差异有统计学意义(F=68.13, P=0.00);社会功能维度得分, 远视组>其他眼病组>近视组, 差异有统计学意义(F=27.89, P=0.00)。结论 不同视力水平学生生存质量得分不同, 对视力低下学生视力相关生存质量的干预应根据学生视力水平采取针对性措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore vision-related life quality in the students with different vision level and to provide bases for policy making.Methods Overall 4 096 primary and middle school students were selected from 8 schools with stratified cluster random sampling in an urban and a rural area of Chongqing municipality and surveyed with a vision-related quality of life(QOL) questionnaire.Logarithmic visual acuity chart and subjective refraction were used to examine distant vision and ametropia in the students.Results The rate of poor eyesight was 59.43% and of the students with poor eyesight, 97.91% were myopia.The rate of severe myopia was higher than moderate myopia and the rate of mild myopia was the lowest.The total score of vision-related QOL for the students with normal eyesight was higher than that of the students with low vision(97.71±9.27 vs.86.78±12.76) and the score decreased with the severity of poor sight.Among the students with poor vision, the students with myopia had the lowest scores for vision-related QOL domains of physiological, emotional, social, and overall function(all P=0.00) and the students with hyperopia had the lowest scores for vision-related QOL domains of visual and physical function(all P=0.00).Conclusion The vision-related QOL scores of the students with different vision level are different and appropriate intervention should be taken in the students with different vision problems.
