肥胖模型大鼠钙代谢指标检测及意义

Detection and significance of calcium metabolism and indicators of calcium nutritional status in obese rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肥胖大鼠体内钙水平及钙代谢指标的变化情况,为防治肥胖所致钙营养不良提供理论依据。方法 将25只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组10只和肥胖模型组15只,分别喂以普通饲料和高脂饲料,8周后处死,检测血清中钙、碱性磷酸酶活力、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素、钙结合蛋白、维生素D受体含量。结果 肥胖模型组大鼠血清钙水平(0.98±0.15)mmol/L低于对照组(1.24±0.22)mmol/L,血清中碱性磷酸酶活力(28.18±3.17)高于对照组(18.77±2.34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖模型组大鼠血清中甲状旁腺激素水平(162.56±13.14)pg/mL高于对照组(50.12±3.25)pg/mL,降钙素水平(143.09±27.09)ng/L低于对照组(212.21±10.28)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖模型组大鼠血清中钙结合蛋白水平(40.96±2.34)μg/L低于对照组(73.72±2.47)μg/L,维生素D受体水平(22.26±1.82)ng/mL高于对照组(16.34±2.09)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肥胖会导致体内钙缺乏,钙代谢指标发生变化,提示肥胖者应注意增加钙的摄入。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study changes in calcium level and related metabolism indicators in obese rats and to provide evidences for the prevention and control of calcium malnutrition induced by obesity.Methods Twenty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group(n=10) and an obesity model group(n=15); the rats in the two groups were fed with ordinary feed and high-fat diet,respectively,for 8 weeks and they were sacrificed and their eye blood samples were collected for detections of serum calcium,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,calcitonin,calcium-binding protein,and vitamin D receptor.Results Compared with the control group,serum calcium was decreased and alkakine phosphatase increased in obese group significantly(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum parathyroid hormone was increased and calcitonin decreased in obese model group significantly(both P<0.05). Compared with the control group,serum calcium-binding protein was decreased and vitamin D receptor increased in obese model group significantly(both P<0.05).Conclusion Obesity can lead to calcium deficiency and changes in calcium metabolism indices.Obese people should pay attention to the increase of dietary calcium intake.
