锡林浩特地区孕期妇女膳食调查

Dietary structure among women during predelivery and postpartum in Xilinhaote city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解锡林浩特地区妇女孕期营养状况, 指导孕妇合理饮食, 预防妊娠期营养不良对母婴健康的影响。方法 采用食物频率调查表法, 对锡林浩特地区304名入院待产及产后妇女进行膳食问卷调查。结果 孕妇膳食构成, 79.6%为植物性食物, 其中谷薯及杂豆类所占比例最高, 占总量的27.3%;大豆类及其制品最低, 占4.9%;奶类及其制品摄入量为216.42g,低于推荐摄入量下限(300g):营养素摄入量, 叶酸仅达推荐量的26.36%; 热能摄入量达推荐需要量的127.65%,蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的的供热比例分别为15.27%、29.66%和55.06%。结论 锡林浩特地区孕妇膳食结构不合理, 植物性食物所占比例偏高, 奶类及其制品摄入不足;3大营养素供热比较为适宜, 但热能总量摄入偏高, 叶酸摄入严重不足。

     

    Abstract: Objective To examine nutrition status among pregnant women in Xilinhaote city and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of malnutrition among the women.Methods With a food frequency questionnaire,we conducted a dietary survey among 304 women during predelivery and postpartum recruited from a hospital in Xilinhaote city.Results For the average total food intake(2 142.52 g/d)among the women,79.6%(1 706.17 g/d)were plant-based foods;27.3%(585.63 g/d)were potato and beans;and only 4.9%(104.68 g/d)were soy bean and its products.The average milk and dairy intake was lower than the recommended intake limit(RNI)(216.42 g/d vs.300 g/d)and the intake of folic acid was only 26.36%(158.15 μg/d)of the RNI(600 μg/d).The average total energy intake was 127.65%(13.63 MJ)of that recommended requirement(10.67 MJ)and the contribution ratios to total energy intake were 15.27%(2.08 MJ), 29.66%(4.04 MJ),and 55.06%(7.50 MJ)for protein,fat,and carbohydrates, respectively.Conclusion The dietary structure is unreasonable,with high total energy and proportion of plant-based food intake and low milk and dairy products and folic acid intake,among the women during predelivery and postpartum in Xilinhaote city.
