高同型半胱氨酸血症危险因素研究进展

Risk factors for hyperhomocysteinemia:a review

  • 摘要: 众多研究表明,同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度升高与许多疾病如冠心病和脑卒中等的发生有关。遗传、营养、激素因素以及吸烟饮酒史等被认为是高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的危险因素;近年来国内外学者关于HHcy做了大量的研究,而一些危险因素的作用机制以及如何预防HHcy的发生尚不十分清楚,仍需进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: Numerous studies have shown that elevated concentration of homocysteine is associated with the incidence of many diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke.Genetic,nutritional,hormonal factors,and history of cigarettes smoking and alcohol drinking are considered as risk factors for hyperhomocysteinemia.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have done a number of researches on hyperhomocystinemia,while some risk factors and how to prevent the occurrence of hyperhomocystinemia are not very clear and still need to be further studied.
