深圳市中学生预防精神活性物质滥用干预效果评价

Effect of intervention program for psychoactive substance abuse prevention among middle school students in Shenzhen city

  • 摘要: 目的 评价深圳市中学生预防精神活性物质滥用的短期干预效果。方法 以深圳市12所中学的2480名中学生为研究对象,分别于干预前、干预后30 d进行问卷调查,了解干预前后中学生精神活性物质滥用率、对精神活性物质滥用的认知水平及态度改变情况。结果 干预前和干预后均无学生使用违禁药物,干预后中学生医疗用药品滥用率(0.54%)低于干预前(1.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.647,P<0.05);干预后中学生对精神活性物质滥用知识的知晓情况平均得分为(19.86±1.92)分,高于干预前的(18.89±2.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=608.01,P<0.05);干预后中学生对于滥用医疗用药品的态度,好奇率由干预前的5.85%降至2.78%(P<0.05)。结论 中学生对精神活性物质滥用知识的知晓水平和抵御技能明显提高,态度明显改变。

     

    Abstract: Objective To assess the efficacy of short-term intervention on psychoactive substance abuse(PSA) prevention among middle school students in Shenzhen city.Methods Totally 2480 students in 12 general middle schools were randomly selected and a month-long intervention on PSA, including distribution of education material and lectures on PSA prevention, was conducted among the students.Questionnaire surveys were carried out before and after the intervention to evaluate the changes in knowledge, attitude and behavior about PSA.Results No illegal drug use was reported by the students before and after the intervention.The reported rate of PSA significantly decreased(0.54% vs. 1.53%; χ2=12.647, P<0.05) and the average score for knowledge about PSA increased significantly(19.86±1.92 vs.18.89±2.46; t=608.01, P<0.05) after the intervention.The proportion of the students with curiousness to PSA decreased significantly form 5.85% to 2.78% after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term intervention on PSA prevention is effective in improving knowledge, attitude, and behavior about PSA among middle school students.
