Role of astrocytes in inflammation in Alzheimer's disease

  • 摘要: 随着社会的老龄化,阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,而且会带来巨大的生理痛苦和社会负担。近年来,炎症反应在AD中的作用越来越受到重视。本研究就星形胶质细胞参与AD炎症反应的可能机制做一综述。

     

    Abstract: With the ageing of the society,the incidence of Alzheimer's disease(AD) is rising.As a result,severe physical pain and social burden will be brought.In recent years,the role of inflammatory response in AD has been focused on.This article makes a review on the possible mechanisms of astrocytes in the inflammation in AD.
