大数据分析在慢病管理中应用研究进展

Application of medical big data in non-communicable chronic diseases management

  • 摘要: 慢性非传染性疾病(简称“慢病”)是危害人们健康的重要公共卫生问题,慢病管理已成为了全球关注的热点。目前,我国慢病防治工作由于缺乏根据人体个体差异的“个体化”干预措施,而面临着严峻挑战。大数据的发展和广泛应用为创新慢病管理模式—提供个体化管理措施,指明了一个非常有希望的战略方向。本文从大数据概念出发,具体分析了国内外大数据在慢病高危患者、慢病患者中的应用研究进展,并介绍了目前大数据在慢病管理领域应用过程中所面临的挑战和不足。

     

    Abstract: Non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs) is a major public health problem that endangers people's health, and NCDs management has attracted more attentions all over the world.For now, there is a great challenge for the prevention and control of NCDs in China due to the lack of individualized intervention measures.The development of big data provides a very promising strategy for the innovation of NCDs management mode.From the respect of big data, this paper analyzes the progress in big data application among populations at high-risk and NCDs patients and summarizes the challenges in the process of big data application in NCDs management.
