华东地区民航飞行员职业紧张状况分析

Occupational stress among civil pilots in eastern China

  • 摘要: 目的 了解民航飞行员职业紧张状况和特点,并分析其职业紧张的可能影响因素。方法 2014年7-12月,在华东地区年度体检现场对4 582名飞行员进行职业紧张简明中文问卷调查。结果 72.4%的飞行员存在工作要求-自主模式(JDC)的职业紧张,92.2%的飞行员付出回报失衡;logistic回归分析显示,导致JDC模式职业紧张的危险因素为高龄(>50岁)(OR=1.816)、月平均飞行时间过长(>80 h)(OR=2.562)、月平均夜航飞行时间过长(>50 h)(OR=1.803)、不定时进餐(OR=1.351),经常体育锻炼(OR=0.782)为保护因素,不同公司也是JDC模式职业紧张的影响因素。付出回报失衡(ERI)的危险因素为月平均飞行时间过长(>80 h)(OR=2.550)和不吸烟(OR=1.396),保护因素为执飞长航线时间长(>50 h)(OR=0.589),不同的睡眠时间和不同公司也是以付出回报失衡的影响因素。结论 飞行员职业紧张度较高,可考虑引导健康生活方式和适当限定飞行时间及种类以缓解其职业紧张。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of occupational stress among civil pilots.Methods A self-administered survey with a self-designed brief questionnaire on occupational stress was conducted among 4 582 civil pilots working in eastern China when they having routine annual physical examination between July and December 2014.Results Of the civil pilots,72.4% reported job demand-control (JDC) stress and 92.2% reported effort-reward imbalance (ERI) stress.The results of logistic regression analysis revealed that main influencing factors of JDC stress included aged over 50 years (odds ratioOR=1.816),having an average flight time of more than 80 hours per month (OR=2.562),having an average night flight time of more than 50 hours per month (OR=1.803),with irregular mealtime (OR=1.351),and having physical exercise frequently (OR=0.782);whereas the major impacting factors of ERI were having an average flight time of more than 80 hours (OR=2.550),non-smoking (OR=1.396),and having a longer time of long-distance flight time of over 50 hours per month (OR=0.589);sleeping time and employed by different flight companies also showed influences on ERI among the civil pilots.Conclusion High occupational stress exits and decreasing flight time and promoting healthy life behavior could alleviate the stress among civil pilots in China.
