Abstract: Objective To explore influencing factors of life satisfaction among elderly people in pension agenies of poor areas of Liaoning province.Methods Adopting cluster random sampling and using Service Quality Scale(SERVQIAL),we conducted a face-to-face questionnaire survey among 416 peoples aged 60 years and older in pension agencies having at least 50 beds in 6 poverty-stricken counties in Liaoning province from May 2015 to January 2016.Regression models were constructed to analyze influencing factors of life satisfaction among the elderly.Results The R,F and P value of the constructed regression model were 0.595,16.376 and 0.000,suggesting a good overall fitting of the model.Dietary service (t=4.173,P<0.001),daily care (t=2.863,P=0.004),and recreational activity and health care (t=2.373,P=0.018) were main influencing factors of life satisfaction among the elderly people.Conclusion The perceived life satisfaction is mainly influenced by dietary service,daily care,and recreational activity and health care among the elderly in pension agencies in poor areas.
