昆明市不同性角色MSM人群指长比特征分析

Digit ratio among men who have sex with men exhibiting different sex role in Kunming city

  • 摘要: 目的探讨云南省昆明市不同性角色男男性行为者(MSM)人群指长比(D)的特点。方法收集2014年12月—2015年4月到昆明彩云天空健康咨询服务中心进行咨询和检测的MSM人群,共115名,根据性角色不同,分为“1号”,“0号”和“0.5”号,采用人类体质测量法,分别检测47名“1号”,37名“0号”、31名“0.5号”及115名对照组双手第2~5指的长度,分析其D(2D:3D、2D:4D、2D:5D、3D:4D、3D:5D、4D:5D)。结果昆明市MSM人群D的分布特点为:2D:3D < 2D:4D < 3D:4D < 2D:5D < 4D:5D < 3D:5D;昆明市MSM人群右手2D:4D和2D:5D(0.957 7±0.048 1,1.229 8±0.083 4)总体上高于对照组(0.941 4±0.038,1.204 1±0.069 5)(P值分别为0.005、0.012)。不同性角色MSM右手2D:4D的变化趋势为:“0号”> “1号”> “0.5号”> 对照组。结论D或许可作为昆明市MSM人群生物学标记。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of digit ratio (D) among the men who have sex with men (MSM) exhibiting different sex role in homosexual activity in Kunming city.MethodsTotally 115 MSM with different self-reported sex role (47 insertive,37 receptive,and 31 both insertive and receptive) were recruited among the attendances of Caiyun Tiankong Health Counseling Service Center of Kunming City (an institution for human immunodeficiency virusHIVvoluntary counseling and testing) during December 2014 and April 2015;115 age- and nationality-matched controls were recruited among healthy physical examinees in a medical institution during the same period.The length of 2nd to 5th fingers of both hands were measured and D values (2D:3D,2D:4D,2D:5D,3D:4D,3D:5D,and 4D:5D) were calculated for all the participants.ResultsThe mean D values among the MSM distributed in a decreased sequence of 2D:3D,2D:4D,3D:4D,2D:5D,4D:5D,and 3D:5D.The mean D values of 2D:4D and 2D:5D of right hand were higher among the MSM than those among the controls (0.957 7±0.048 1 vs.0.941 4±0.038 and 1.229 8±0.083 4 vs.1.204 1±0.069 5;P=0.005 and P=0.012).The D value of 2D:4D of right hand differed by the sex role among the MSM;the values for the MSM reporting different sex role distributed in a decreased order of receptive role,inserter role,and both roles.ConclusionDigit ratio could be used as a biomarker for the MSM in Kunming.
