零食与代谢性疾病关系研究进展

Advances in researches on relationship between snack consumption and metabolic disease

  • 摘要: 探索零食与超重肥胖等代谢性疾病的关系,为科学指导居民零食消费提供依据。通过检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库等电子数据库,获得零食与代谢性疾病相关性的横断面研究、队列研究和干预研究结果,整理并进行综述。发现近年来零食消费率有上升趋势,并逐渐成为各国居民膳食重要组成部分。大部分研究发现零食(零食频率和食物的选择)主要与超重肥胖等代谢性疾病有关,但证据的精确性和普适性需要进一步加强。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the association of snack consumption with metabolic diseases such as overweight/obesity,type 2 diabetes,hypertension.Searches on relevant cross-sectional,longitudinal,and intervention studies were carried out through PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),and Wanfang database.Snack consumption has increased and became a important part of diet globally.A number of studies revealed that snack consumption (frequency and selection of snacks) associated with the prevalence of metabolic diseases such as overweight and obesity but the accuracy and universality of the association need to be ascertained.
