正念干预对留守经历实习护生负性情绪和人际接纳能力影响

Effect of mindfulness intervention on negative emotion and interpersonal acceptance ability among nurse trainees with left-behind experience

  • 摘要: 目的 了解正念干预对留守经历实习护生负性情绪和人际接纳能力的影响,为建立和谐的护患关系提供参考依据。方法 于2015年1月—2017年1月对扬州职业大学医学院临近实习的1 014名护理专业学生进行调查,将其中488名有留守经历的护生随机分为正念训练组和对照组,2组各244人,正念训练组护生进行为期5周的正念训练,对照组护生则不进行干预;采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)和接纳他人量表(AOO)比较2组护生的心理状况、正念水平和人际接纳能力。结果 干预前正念训练组与对照组留守经历实习护生比较,2组护生FFMQ、SCL-90和AOO量表总分及各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后正念训练组与对照组留守经历实习护生比较,正念训练组护生SCL-90量表强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执得分分别为(1.13±0.74)、(1.33±0.74)、(1.15±0.57)、(1.06±0.60)、(0.49±0.56)、(0.56±0.43)、(0.61±0.54)分,均低于对照组护生的(1.50±0.75)、(1.52±0.78)、(1.41±0.70)、(1.25±0.78)、(0.79±0.78)、(0.83±0.71)、(1.08±0.59)分;FFMQ量表总分、觉知行动得分、非反应得分、接纳他人总分分别为(124.13±7.79)、(29.97±3.92)、(21.20±3.71)、(63.04±6.17)分,均高于对照组护生的(113.94±11.09)、(26.46±5.23)、(18.71±3.26)、(57.48±9.87)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 正念干预可以有效改善留守经历护生的负性情绪和人际接纳能力,促进其建立和谐的护患关系。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of mindfulness intervention on negative emotion and interpersonal acceptance ability in nurse trainees with left-behind experience.Methods Between January 2015 and January 2017,we conducted a survey among 1 014 nursing students in Medical School of Yangzhou Polytechnic College;then 488 students with left-behind experience were selected and assigned randomly into an intervention group receiving a 5-week mindfulness training and a control group without intervention at all.Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ),Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90),and Acceptance of Others (AOO) were used to evaluate psychological status,the mindfulness level,and interpersonal acceptance ability of the participants of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in overall and dimensional scores of FFMQ,SCL-90 and AOO scales between the participants of intervention group and control group (P>0.05 for all).Compared to those in the participants of control group,significantly lower SCL-90 dimensional scores for obsessive symptoms (1.13±0.74 vs.1.50±0.75),interpersonal sensitivity (1.33±0.74 vs.1.52±0.78),depression (1.15±0.57 vs.1.41±0.70),anxiety (1.06±0.60 vs.1.25±0.78),hostility (0.49±0.56 vs.0.79±0.78),phobic anxiety (0.56±0.43 vs.0.83±0.71) and paranoid ideation (0.61±0.54 vs.1.08±0.59) were observed in the participants of mindfulness training group after the intervention (P<0.05 for all);the participants of intervention group also showed significantly higher overall FFMQ score (124.13±7.79 vs.113.94±11.09) and FFMQ dimensional scores of act-aware (29.97±3.92 vs.26.46±5.23) and non-reacting (21.20±3.71 vs.18.71±3.26),and total score of AOO (63.04±6.17 vs.57.48±9.87 ) than those of control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness intervention can effectively improve negative emotion and interpersonal acceptance ability of nursing trainees with left-behind experience and the intervention could promote the establishment of good nurse-patient relationship.
