Progress in researches on correlation between dietary factors and cognitive impairment in elderly people:an overview

  • 摘要: 膳食因素与老年人认知功能障碍的发生关系密切,膳食多种营养成分如碳水化合物和脂类摄入过量与认知功能障碍的发生有关,而某些膳食成分如微量元素对认知功能障碍的发生具有一定的预防作用。本文就膳食中多种因素与老年人认知功能障碍的关系及其具体作用机制作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Dietary is closely associated with the occurrence of cognitive impairment.The excessive intakes of some dietary nutrients such as carbohydrates and fat could result in cognitive impairment,and some kinds of food composition such as trace elements would somehow prevent the incident of the disorder.This article is aimed to summarize correlations of dietary factors with cognitive impairment among the elderly and the mechnanism related to the effects of dietary factors.
