校内青少年生活技能评价量表初步修订及信、效度评价

Revision and reliability and validity evaluation of School Teenagers' Life Skills Scale

  • 摘要: 目的 初步修订校内青少年生活技能评价量表,并评价其信度和效度,为校内青少年学生生活技能的测量和评价提供参考工具。方法 本研究通过2次定性访谈结合条目区分度分析和探索性因子分析对校内青少年生活技能评价量表的内容进行修订,并采用项目分析和信、效度检验方法对在北京、天津、辽宁、广东、重庆、宁夏6个省(市、自治区)2013年10月-2014年1月抽取的24所中学共4 528名初、高中学生的生活技能进行分析,验证该量表理论结构的合理性。结果 通过定性访谈、条目分析和探索性因子分析进行量表修订后,最终形成包含思维能力(5个条目)、自我认知能力(5个条目)、有效交流-人际关系能力(5个条目)、调节情绪-应对压力能力(3个条目)和同理能力(3个条目)共5个维度21个条目的校内青少年生活技能评价量表,量表5个公因子的累计方差贡献率为52.672%,旋转后全部因子负荷和共同度均>0.40;项目分析结果显示,各条目得分与其所属维度得分的相关系数为0.35~0.84(均P<0.001),量表具有较好的项目区分度;量表总体Cronbach's α系数、重测信度和分半信度分别为0.82、0.74和0.79,思维能力、自我认知能力、有效交流-人际关系能力、调节情绪-应对压力能力、同理能力5个维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.69~0.77,重测信度为0.71~0.80,量表具有较好的信度;验证性因子分析结果显示,拟合优度指数、调整后拟合优度指数、渐进残差均方和平方根、增值适配指数、比较适配指数、简约调整后标准适配指数、简约拟合优度指数分别为0.95、0.93、0.05、0.91、0.91、0.76、0.73;思维能力、自我认知能力、有效交流-人际关系能力、调节情绪-应对压力能力、同理能力5个维度得分与量表总分均呈正相关(r=0.53~0.71,均P<0.01),与内外控制源量表得分亦均存在相关关系(r=-0.26~0.43,均P<0.01),量表具有较好的结构效度和效标关联效度。结论 初步修订的校内青少年生活技能量表在初、高中学生中的信度和效度指标均符合心理测量学的要求,可适用于中国校内青少年生活技能的评价。

     

    Abstract: Objective To revise the School Teenagers' Life Skills Scale (STLSS) and to evaluate its reliability and validity for the application of the instrument among Chinese students.Methods Two qualitative interviews,item analysis,and exploratory factor analysis were adopted to revise the STLSS.Reliability and validity of the STLSS were evaluated with a survey conducted among 4 528 students recruited from 24 junior or senior high schools in Beijing,Tianjin,and Chongqing municipality,Liaoning and Guangdong province,and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from October 2013 to January 2014.Results The revised STLSS was composed of 21 items for 5 dimensions including thinking ability (5 items),self-perception ability (5 items),efficient communication-interpersonal relationship ability (5 items),emotion adjustment-stress coping ability (3 items) and empathy ability (3 items).Exploratory factor analysis revealed 5 common factors of the scalse,which can explain 52.672% of the total variance,and all loadings and communalities of the 5 factors were greater than 0.40 after being rotated.The correlation coefficients of every item to its dimension were ranged from 0.35 to 0.84 (P<0.001) and the item discrimination of the scale was good.For the revised scale,the overall test-retest reliability was 0.74 (P<0.01);the split-half reliability was 0.79;the overall Cronbach's alpha was 0.82 and all the Cronbach's alpha of every subscales were greater than 0.68.Confirmatory factor analysis results showed a good fitness of the revised scale (χ2=1291.51,P<0.01,goodness-of-fit indexGFI=0.95,adjusted goodness-of-fit indexAGFI=0.93,root mean square error of approximationRMSEA=0.052;incremental fit indexIFI=0.91,comparative fit indexCFI=0.91,parsimony normed fit indexPNFI=0.76,parsimony goodness of fit IndexPGFI=0.73).The correlation coefficients of the overall scale and the subscales were all greater than 0.50 (P<0.01);the total score and the subscales scores of the scale were positively correlated with the score of the Internal and External Source Control Scale (r=0.53-0.71,P<0.01),and also correlated with the Internal and External Locus of Control Scale (r=-0.26-0.43,P<0.01).Conclusion The reliability and validity of the revised School Teenagers' Life Skills Scale meet the requirements of psychometrics among Chinese high school students and the scale could be adopted to assess Chinese school teenager's life skills.
