Abstract:
Objective A 1:1 case-control study was carried out to asses the dietary factors of epidemic hepatitis A.
Methods 126 cases of acute hepatitis A and 126 controls wre interviewed.Odds ratios and their 95% confidence limits were computed.
Results Eating raw and roast corbicula leana, oyster, and Jiaban shrimp were the dietary factor of hepatitis A.
Conclusion The department concerned should enhance the sanitary administration and hepatitis A virus monitoring of seamost products such as shell and crust.
