乙肝基因疫苗阻断乙肝母婴传播的效果观察

摘要: 为研究乙肝基因疫苗阻断HBV母婴传播的效果，对56例广州市区HBsAg单阳和HBsAg、HBeAg双阳孕妇所产婴儿按0、1、6方案全程接种乙肝基因疫苗。结果未发现一例婴儿出现不良的疫苗反应；其中对14例单阳孕妇婴儿的保护率为100%,而对34例双阳孕妇婴儿为88.2%,两率差异无显着性意义（u=1.34 P>0.1);全程免疫1年后随访了54例婴儿，虽然79.6%由母亲照料，33.3%用母乳喂养，但均未发现病毒性乙型肝炎病例，提示乙肝基因疫苗具较高的安全和有效性，是替代乙肝血源疫苗阻断HBV母婴传播的理想免疫制剂。Abstract: In order to research effect the interruptpn of the parental transn ission of HBV by HB vaccine of gene 56 neonates born of HBs Ag positive mothers and both HBa Ag positive mothers was injecte HB vaccine of geneat 0.16month in Guangzhou.The result showed anyone did not find bad response after injected.
