用FM100-HUE方法检测二硫化碳作业女工的辨色能力

The Study of Color Vision in Women Exposed to Carbon Disulfide by FM100 HUE

  • 摘要: 应用FM100-HUE 方法检测了70 名二硫化碳(CS2)作业女工和23 名对照者的辨色能力。结果显示CS2 暴露组接触CS2 浓度为12.5 -36.4mg/m3 ,常规眼科检查未见特异损伤,FM100-HUE辨色错误得分为84.5 ,与对照组(65.2) 相比尽管未显示出统计学上的差异,但对绿色区带的辨别能力极显著低于对照组(P< 0.01) 。表明CS2 对作业女工辨色力有一定影响,且以绿色区带最明显,FM100-HUE 能较早发现这一损伤作用。

     

    Abstract: To explore color vision effect on CS 2 exposed workers,the color discrimination of 70 exposed and 23 nonexposed women was studied by the Farnsworth Munsell 100 HUE test(FM100 HUE).The concentration of CS 2,determined by Multi gas Monitor Type 1320,in workplace was 12.5~36 4mg/m 3.The results showed:the FM100 HUE color vision score did not occurred significantly more often in the exposed group(84.5)than that of among the referents(65.2),but the discrimination to the green zone was impaired significantly(P0 01).The results suggested that the color vision was disturbed among workers exposed to CS 2.
