丹参脂质体对染石英尘巨噬细胞脂质过氧化及钙稳态的影响

Eff ects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Liposome on Lipid Peroxidation and Calcium Homeostasis of Alveolar Macrophage Treated with Quartz

  • 摘要: 将丹参制成卵磷脂脂质体,加入已加有石英尘的肺泡巨噬细胞培养液中共同培养。结果:细胞形态、存活率与对照组相近,MDA 含量、细胞内钙离子浓度明显低于石英组, 而GSHPx 、SOD、还原型GSH 明显高于石英组,表明丹参卵磷脂脂质体具有抑制石英尘诱发的肺泡巨噬细胞脂质过氧化反应,维持细胞内钙稳态,保护肺泡巨噬细胞的作用。

     

    Abstract: Salvia Miltio rrhiza-phosph olipidcholice liposome was made by Salvia Miltiorr hiza. Salvia Miltiorrhiza- phosph olipidcholine liposome was added to alveolar macr ophage( AM) medium and cultured with quartz. The result showed that morphology and survival rate of AM were close to the control group, MDA content、Ca+ + concentration in AM were obviously lower than those in the quartz group, but GSH-Px activity、SOD activity and reduced GSH content were higher than those in the quartz group. Those changes suggested that Salvia Miltiorrhiza- phospho lipidcholine liposome could suppress quartz-induced lipid peroxidation, keep calcium homeostasis and pr otect AM.
