噪声对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

Eff ects of Noise on Cellular Immune Function in Mouse

  • 摘要: 为研究噪声对免疫系统的影响,模拟噪声作业环境强度特点,采用免疫毒理学方法,对暴露在105dB( A) 、90dB( A) 、75dB(A) 噪声环境中的小鼠部分细胞免疫功能进行测定。结果表明:接噪组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能显着低于对照组,且有随噪声强度增加,细胞增殖功能降低的趋势。而细胞因子白细胞介素2 的活性未见有明显变化。

     

    Abstract: Effects of noise on cellar immune function in mouse which exposed to noise( the intensity was simulated noise work, 105dB(A), 90dB(A), 75dB(A) respectively ) was determined by the method of immunotoxicology. The results have been demonstrated that the stress induced showed a significant decrease in proliferativ eability of lymphocyte. But t he activity of IL- 2 had no signif-icant change. Pr eliminary estimates that noise had potential immune supression.
