Collaborative governance structure for public health security and its staged evolution in China during COVID-19 epidemic: a review and social network analysis

  • In the face of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, public health security governance is not just for the health administration, but requires the collaborative participation of the whole government and the whole society. In this paper, we outlined the public security collaborative governance structure and staged evolution logic in China during the prevention and control COVID-19 epidemic based on public health security governance structure and collaborative governance theories, as well as empirical studies for providing a reference to the improvement of public health security governance system in China.
