Detection of Lyme disease serum antibody on healthy Group Method Application of Indirect Fluorimetry Antibody(IFA) test result Out of 2614 person,192 are positive the rate of infection is 7.34% Infection rate of males and females are 7.20% and 7.49% respectivly.In term of statistics that indicate no difference significantly In middle age group,aged from 26～35 and aged from 36～45,the infection rate covers 10.45% and 12.94% respectively,compared with aged over 56 yeas old covers 2.18% indicate that have difference significantly(χ²=28.81,P<0.01).
