Rapid Identification of Salmonella Spp.Using MUCAP Fluorescence Test

Rapid identification of Salmo nella Spp.using MUCAP fluorsecence test was evaluated.The result shows sensitivity and specificity of the test was 100% and 84.09%.The intensity of fluorescence in SS agar is the highest,than in BS agar and Mac Conkey Agar.Positive rate of MUCAP test is 96.07% (49/51)of routine method.The results suggest that MUCAP test is an easy, rapid and sensitive method for the screening to salmonella spp.
