Epidermal Growth Factor Enhances the Sensitivity of Hela Cells to Cisplatin
Sensitivity of Hela cells to cisplatin was enhanced by 24h previously or simutaneously treated with 0.1、1、10μg/L EG F,especially treated previously.The rate of Pt uptake was increased by 10μg/L EGF pre-treated.The results sugg est that enhanced Pt uptake may contribute to enhanced sensitivity to cisplat in.
