Effect of Static Magnetic Field on Proliferation and Differentiation in Rat Embryo Bud Cell in Vitro

  • The effect of static magnetic field on differentiation and proliferation of rat embryo limb hud cell was investigated with micromass culture in Vitro(the intensity was 10mT、20mT、30mT、40mT、50mT、60mT).Embryo limb bud cell of rat(14 day)was subjected to culture for 5 days.The results showed that static magnetic fteld could inhibit differentiation of the cell without affecting cells proliferation.The Concentration of 50% inhibition of cell differ entiation(ICD50)was 52mT.The concentration of 50% inhibitions of cell prolifer ation(ICV50)was 40mT.It is possible that the static magnetic field resulted in abnormality of the cell in exogenesis.
