Use of Conductive Polypyrrole Technique to Study Rat kerationcyte Primary Cell Culture

  • The main purpose of our experiment was to inquire into effect of conductive polypyrrole on keratiocyte cell cultures.The results showed that conductive polypyrrole can stimulate the growth and proliferation of keratinocytes,compared with untreated group,which resulted in a marked increase of conversion.It is possible that the rat keratinocyte cell cultures based on conductive polypyrrole primary cell culture technique was about 2 days shorter in submerge time than that of current cell culture.
