Studies on Analgesic and Anti mutagenic Effects of Spore of Ganoderma Lucidum

Analgesic and anti mutagenic effects of spore of ganoderma lucidum were studied.Methods:Mice were treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 7 days at doses of 20 and 320mg/kg,and analgesic effects were then detected.Mice were treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 10 days at doses of 20,80 and 320mg/kg,and antimutagenic effects were then detected.Results:obvious analgesic effect was found in mice treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 7 days at the doses of 20mg/kg and 320mg/kg.Chromosome aberration induced by CP was inhibited obviously in mice treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum in a dose dependent manner.
