Content Changes of Six Elements in Hair of Pupil with Dental Cones

The Content of the trace elements Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn and Ordinary elements Ca、Mg in hair of 174 Cases pupil with Dental canes and 159 cases contrast group of pupil in local Hanzhong were detemined by atomic absorption spectrophotomtyer.The results showed that the content of Ca in hair of pupil with Dental canes was lower than that of contrast group obviously(P<0.01).The content of Zn、Fe、Mg in hair of schoolgirl was lower than that of contrast group of schoolgirl(P<0.05).The content of Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe in hair of the schoolgirl was higher than of schoolboy group remarkablely(P<0.001 or P<0.01) Commonly.Amony the five elements Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn in hair have correlations to some degree.lt suggested the development of dental canes were related to the abnomal phenomena of elements and sex.
