Study on Monoclonal Antibody Against Membrance Protein(P30) of Toxoplasma Gondii for Laboratory Diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis

Monoclonal antibody(McAb)against Tox oplasma gondii was prepared via hybridoma technique.Indirect ELISA was used to determine the activity of the McAb and analyse the specificity.Inhibition test showed that the inhibition rate was 50% when the concentration of the antigen was 30μg/ml.It was satisfied to apply this McAb-ELISA for ser ological determination of Toxoplasma gondii.
