The Inhibitory Character of Acanthopanax Giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo Polysaccharides on the in Vitro Human Gastic Cancer Cell

To investigate the inhibitory character of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo polysaccharides(AGP)on the human gastric cancer cell the clony forming assay and MTT assay were adopted.AGP significantly inhibited the gastric cancer stem cell,while they effected the cell of healthy people very slightly. AGP may be efficient and safe to be utilized to prevent and cure cancer.
