Study of Serodiagnosis method for Lyme Disease Using Protein of Flagellin of Borrelia Burgdorferi

Using recombinant truncate protein of flagellin of Borrelia burg dorferi as diagnosis antigen,selecting 30 serum from patients with Ly me disease as sample,and relative negative control,we had estabished 2 kinds of methods for diagnosing Lyme disease.Results show ed that the specificity of 2 methods is high,and the sensibility of double-antibody sandw ich ELISA is 60%,higher than that of indirect ELISA,Our results demonstrated the advantage of the truncate protein as diagnosis antigen,and its applied feasiblity.
