Studies on In Vitro Inhibitory Effects of Folic Acid On Human Hepatic Cancer Cell Line

  • ObjectiveTo study the antitumor activities of folic acid,Folic acid are dealed with human hepatic cancer cell line SMMC-7721 in vitro.MethodsBy means of there approaches as follows:cell proliferation curve analysis,M TT assay and cell cycle analysis by FCM.ResultsThat after treatment with 13.5×10-5 mol/L,40.5×10-5 mol/L folic acid selectively inhibited the activity and function of SMMC-7721.There were apoptotic peaks in cell cycle analysis by FCM and apoptosis rate reached 27.1%.ConclusionThe effects of folic acid on human umbilical vein end othelial cells were slightly.
