Sauna bath Attendants’ T Lymphocytes Immunophenotype in Shenzhen Urban District

Objective To understand the conditions of specific immunity in the HIV/AIDS high risk group,and to provide information to the strategy of the intervention.Methods To get 196 blood samples by using cluster sampling in sauna-bath.To observe Tlymphocyte immunophenotype with flow-cytometer.Results The WBC total<5.0×10⁹/L and LYM<1.2×10⁹/L were 20.85% and 18.40% separ ately.The CD₃⁺ and CD₄⁺ were 1072/μl and 353/μl in people with LYM 1.2~1.5×10⁹/L,which was obviously hig her than 690/Ll and 244/Ll in those with LYM<1.2×10⁹/L(Pav<0.01).But CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺ and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ were 63%,32.7% and 1.34 separately,which was obviously lower than the latter(68.2%,35.1% and 1.48,P<0.05 and Pav< 0.01).Conclusion The immuno-function in service workers in Shenzhen was not sound.The CD₄⁺ was generally low,which should be focused on.The fact that the CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺ and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ in people with LYM<1.2×10⁹/L was higher than those with LYM\11 2×10⁹/L may relate to the stress function of the immuno regulation.
