Study of Domestic Sewage Purification Treatment by Activated Bio-filter

Objective To study a kind of biological treatment technology and observe the effects of purify domestic sewage.Methods Determine 10 samples of domestic sewage before and after biological treament,the indicators were CODcr and BOD₅.Results After biological treament,CODcr was decreased from 44.84 mg/L to 16.76mg/L(P<0.001),DODcr was decreased from 211.54mg/L to 3.95mg/L(P<0.001),far below the priminary discharge standard of municipal sewage treament plant.Conclusion The biological treatment technology were possessed some advantages of good treatment effect,low cost and simple technology.It can be applied widely in domestic sewage purification treatment.
