Analysis on Organic Compounds of Cooking Oil Fume

  • ObjectiveTo determine the pollution of organic compounds of cooking oil fume.MethodsThe gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to detect the organic components in the cooking oil fume.ResultsOne hundred ninety nie were sorts of polluttants were detectexlincluding hydrocarbons,polycyclic aromatic hydrocabons,organic acid,alkali,eater,aldehyde,ketone,and heterocyclic compunds.ConclusionMost of organic compounds of cooking oil fume had harmful effect on human health.
