Influences of Trace Element Selenium and Vitamin E on Serum Lipid Peroxide, GSH-Px and GPT in Rabbit

  • ObjectiveTo discuss effects of selenium and vitamin E on SOD,GSH-Px and SGPT of rabbit's serum.MethodsRabbits were injected with sodiun selenite(0.1mg/kg)and or vitamin E(40mg/kg)for six weeks.ResultsThe serum lipid peroxide level and the activity of SGPT were decreased significantly and the activity of plcama glutathione peroxidase(GPH-Px)was increased significantly.ConclusionThere existed relations among LPO,SGPT,GSH-Px and Se,VE.
