Experimental Study on Antioxidation Effects of Grape Seed Oil

  • ObjectiveTo search the effects of grape seed oil on the antioxidation of mice organs.MethodsThree different concentration groups and a control group were selected.After one months MDA content,SOD and GSH2Px activites of mice in liver,kidney and heart were observed.ResultsMice fed with grape seed oil,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver,kidney and heart were high than the control group's,the level of MDA in liver,kidney and heart were decreased than the control group's.ConclusionThe results suggested that grape seed oil had the action of antioxidation.
