Analysis on Variable Tendency of Human Hair Lead and Zinc and Correlation

  • ObjectiveTo study relationship between lead and zinc concentration in normal human hair.MethodsHair sample was digested to translucent by mixed acid(HNO3:HCIO4=4:1),evaporated to dry,then fixed 5ml and determined by ICP.ResultsThe hair lead content of the infant is much higher than that of the old people,the hair lead content of population in city is much higher than that in countryside.The hair zinc content of the infant is higher,pre-school children was with the lowest and the old people is with the highest.According to the weight average content of human hair lead and zinc, the curve equation of the correlation of lead and zinc is LgY(Pb)=5.86-2.47LgX(Zn).ConclusionThe correlation of human hair lead and zinc is negative.It pointed out that the correlation of lead and zinc in human body was oppsite.
