Determination on Residue of Salbutamol and 8 Kinds Estrogen in Meat and Meat Products by HPLC

  • Objective To study a method for the determination of Salbutamolβ,-Estradiol,Ethinylesradiol,diethylstilbestrol,Dienestrol Hexestrol,Estradiol valerate,Estradiol benzoate and Quinestrol residue in meat and meat products by HPLC.Methods Components were extracted from homogenized sample with methanol,then the HPLC method was used to analyze them.Results Good separation was achieved in the 9 kinds components and the standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area was obtained,r>01999,CV≤1.1%(n=6);the detection limits was below 6ng;The recovery percent was between 84.5% and 101%.Conclusion The method was proved to be satisfactory in precision,securacy and sensitivity.The preparation of sample was simple.Nothing intrefered determination of the 9 kinds component.
