Infective factors of diabetic nephropathy class and its forecast

  Objective   To study the infective factors of the diabetic nephropathy class.

  Methods   The application of SPSS12.0 statistics software with the method of ordinal regression.

  Results   The degree of diabetic nephropathy was related to urinary microalbumine(Alb)and blood creatinine.When the Alb increased an unit without otherinfluences, the probability of the degree of the diabetic nephropathy to increase one rank ormore was 2.43%;meanwhile, when the blood creatinine increase one unit without the effect of the Alb, the probability of the degree of the diabetic nephropathy to increase one rank or more was 2.22%.

  Conclusion   Ordinal regression can not only show the infective factors of the diabetic nephropathy, but also can make quantitative analysis as well as individual prognostication.
