Study on neucleic acid immunity of hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome virus

  •   Objective   To study neucleic acid immunity of Sgene of NP, which coded by hemorrhagic feverrenal sy ndrome virus(HFRSV).
      Methods   (1) DNAimmunity of experimental animal.(2)Examination of cytokines.(3)Ex amination of proliferation reaction of lymphocyte.(4)Examination of anti-NP Ab in immune rats'serum.
      Results   (1) Instantaneous expression of protein in Vero-E6 cells.(2)Cytokine in immune rats: products of IL-4 and IFN-g were more in rats thathad been inoculated by pcDNA 3.1+Sthan those in control group.IL-4 in pcDNA3.1+S(ISS)immuned rats was athigh level.(3)Cell proliferation reaction: The proliferation index was 2.1 in con-Astimulated positive control group and 0.797 of spleno cyte in plaque carrierpcDNA3.1+inoculated control group while it were 1.43 and 1.67 respectively in pcDNA3.1+Sinoculated experimental group and pcDNA3.1+S(ISS)ino culated group.(4)Examination of specific Ab in immune rats serum: The Ab level in pcDNA3.1+S(ISS)inoculated immune rats serum was distinctly higherthan thatin pcDNA3.1+Sinoculated immune rats.But the serum Ab in plaque carrierpcDNA 3.1+inoculated group waved at lowerlevel continuously.
      Conclusion   Neucleic acid immunity of Sgene of NP, co ded by HFRSV, as a pathogenic and antigenic gene, have protection of immunity.
