Analysis on psychological and social factors affecting college students’ intercourse vexation

  • ObjectiveTo explore the status of students'intercourse vexation and all kinds of psychological and social influencing factors.Methods700 college students were chosen from three universities in Shandong province randomly,and Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale of China(EPQ-RSC),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check-List(ASLEC),Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ),Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU),and the self-made questionnaire were used in the survey.Then accumulative Logistic regression analysis of single factor and multi-factors were conducted with SAS8.0 statistic software.Results38.51% students had the light intercourse vexation and 15.06% had the serious intercourse vexation.The main factors affecting college students'intercourse vexation included taking part into group activities,distrusting of others,social ability,fear of death,neuroticism,life events,father's warmth and understanding,father's refusal and denial.ConclusionThere is higher rate of intercourse vexation in college students.Schools,society and families should pay attention to improve college students'learning,living and growing environments,promoting their mental and physical health.
