ObjectiveIn order to set up rapid identification for the pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus,develope a pandemic group-specific multiplex PCR assay for base unit.MethodsTo find out the sequence of vibrio parahaemolyticus,design a multiplex PCR primers for pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus amplification.ResultsThe aim gene fragment can be amplified by a multiplex PCR assay,it largely reduce the time of identification.ConclusionThe pandemic group-specific multiplex PCR assay can fast identify pandemic vibrio parahaemolyticus and providing a methodology for searching epidemic pathogen.
