Technique for bacterial detection in food market sewage

  • Objective To detect pathogenic bacteria in food market sewage.Methods A 16S ribosom al DNA clone library from food market sewage was established by PCR using suitable primers.Results The sequence analysis indicated that the bacteria were mainly iden tified asε-,γ-,δ-,β-proteoba cteria,Firmicutes,Bacte roidetes group.The prop ortion of Arcobacter and Clostridium were 27.16% and 20.7%,respectively.Conclusion The results proved that there were abundant bacteria in food market sewage.The molecular biologic methodes tablished can rapidly detect the bacte ria in the sewage.
