Abstract
Objective To study expressions of NFB and Thelper 1(Th1)/The lper-(Th2)in mice with mouse hepatitis virus(MHV)infection. Methods Four weeks old BALB/c male mice were divided into three groups randomly:control group,MHV model group, and Bacillus coli group. The expression of NFB in mouse livertissue was analyzed with mimunoh istochemistry. The level of interleuk in-4(IL-4)and interferon gamma(IFN-γ)in mouse serum were detected with ELISA.Results The expressions of NFB and Th1/Th2(IFN-γ/IL-4)of MHV group and Bacillus coli group increased obviously compared to that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The increased expression of NF-кB in mouse liver and the disequilibrium of Th1/Th2 in serumare one of pathogenic mechanisms of mouse hepatitis.
